The Legal Challenge to Central Sewer 
​PIE is representing the vast majority of Islanders who oppose this proposed central sewer installation. The applicant, Environmental Utilities LLC, is a for-profit private company that has never owned a wastewater utility.
The last time we engaged in this fight, our Island community rose to the challenge! 
  • A total of 201 donors gave to the cause.
  • 70 donor households gave 2 or more times over the course of the legal action. Some contributed up to 4 times.
  • 42 donor households gave $1,000.00 or more.
  • The average household donation was $597.00​
