County releases amended Site Evaluation Report

In advance of the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, May 14th the County has 
released an amended SITE EVALUATION REPORT dated 5.6.19.  It contains the following:

• Executive Summary section (pgs 4-9)
• Site Reviews (pgs 10-21) contains maps, images and sections including “Vital Information”, “Description” and “Pros and Cons” for SITE A (30 Bocilla Drive), SITE B (61 Gasparilla Way) and SITE C (1 North Gulf Blvd.)
• Cost Estimates section “Conceptual Budget Property Cost Comparison” (pg 22)

The decision regarding the site location for the new Station 10 Fire House will impact all Islanders. If you have commentary regarding the site location, we encourage you to contact the Board of County Commissioners prior to the May 14th Commission meeting.  If you plan to comment at the meeting, there will be an opportunity at the beginning of the meeting for public input.
